Referral Criteria and Process

Note to referer:

1. The client must provided consent to the referral.
2. Only clients with common, mild-to-moderate mental health issues, who are following all required clinical management will benefit from our psychotherapy services.
3. By providing the personal information, the client voluntarily consents & authorizes UNI-Commons to contact him/her by phone or email.
